解决方法：

将

String url = "jdbc:mysql://192.168.xxx.xxx:3306/db";
此处的IP部分添加到hosts文件中,并使用hosts中设置的名称进行连接.
例：
String url = "jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/db";
变为
String url = "jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/db";
